Exchange & Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring the highest quality for each of our products. Every item is thoroughly double-checked before shipment. However, if you find any defect, you may initiate a return.
Eligibility and Limit: Certain products are eligible for return up to 7 days from the delivery date, while some products are non-returnable. Please check the product page carefully before making your purchase. However, if you receive a non-returnable item that is damaged, you may initiate a return within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact our customer service team immediately to report the damage and begin the return process. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.Â
Mandatory Video Proof:Â To process your return due to product damage or wrong product, you must provide video proof of the unwrapping process, clearly showing the condition of the order upon arrival. Refund and exchange requests without this video proof will not be accepted.

Condition of Exchanged Products: Exchanged products must be in new, unwashed condition, free from damage, and must include the original packaging and tags.
Return Process (Domestic): Once your request is approved, we'll arrange for the item to be collected from your doorstep if our logistics partner supports reverse shipments in your area. If not, our support team will guide you on how to return the product.
Return Process (International): Once approved, you'll need to bear the cost of returning the item to us. Please be aware of potential charges from Indian Customs, which you'll also need to cover. You may find it convenient to ask friends or relatives to send the item back to India, from where we can arrange collection. We're here to address any concerns or questions you might have before making a purchase, ensuring you choose the right product and size.
Refund: Once we receive and verify the condition of the product, we'll initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive the item at our location for the refund to be processed. If the original payment was made in a currency other than Indian Rupees, please note that there may be a slight variance in the exchange rate, resulting in a corresponding difference in the refund amount.
The refund will be issued only to the original mode of payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue store credits for future purchases.
